Official Governing Rulebook
This is the official and controlling GVHS Rulebook currently in effect. It supersedes all prior versions, drafts, archived copies, printed copies, and any other versions that may appear elsewhere online or in circulation.
If any conflict or inconsistency exists between this Rulebook and another source, this Rulebook governs. Participants, officials, members, and other affected parties are responsible for consulting the current version published by GVHS.
